the staff is nice, as well as host. the location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to a 14th-century hilltop castle.

I booked a room here with a bottle of sekt and it was in the perfect spot, close to the train station. This made it really easy for us to hop on the train and explore Cinque Terre and the city itself.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were super-friendly. The room was stylish and a decent size, and I loved the touch of rose petals and a bottle of sekt. The location was excellent, just a short walk to La Spezia centrale train station, and the hotel had a lovely garden.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore nearby areas like Cinque Terre. The rooms are beautifully decorated with fully equipped bathrooms. The host is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Guests also appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, there is a parking option available for an additional fee.

The signage outside the hotel could be improved, as it can be difficult to locate, especially at night.

The host Alida was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Facilities were clean, well-located near train station, restaurants, and laundromat. Ideal base for visiting Cinque Terre, with hiking and ferry options. Instructions for planning days were provided. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed in the garden.
